The former director of military intelligence of Venezuela (DGCOM), Hugo Carvajal, calculated that he had four years of legal battles in the Spanish courts to stop his extradition to the United States. The European Justice approved his shipment to North American territory, but the long times of the legal process gave a survival to the former strong man of Chavismo.
