Flights from Milan, Italy, to the Dominican Republic were suspended for a period of 30 days at the disposal of the Dominican Government to avoid possible infections of coronavirus, Public Health authorities said Friday.
The information was offered in a press conference held by said ministry, where it was denied that there are people affected by the disease in the country.
The decision is taken then that in the European country 17 people died and 650 infected by the outbreak also known as COVID-19 were reported until yesterday.
