After the bulletin number 10 issued by the Minister of Public Health, Rafael Sánchez Cárdenas, on the morning of Sunday, March 29, the number of deaths from coronavirus in the Dominican Republic increased to 39 and the number of those infected was 859.
Of these cases, 376 cases with 5 deaths are registered in the National District; Santo Domingo province 101 with 5 deaths and Santiago 97 cases and 2 deaths.
In the Duarte province and its municipality, San Francisco de Macorís, there are 83 cases with 21 deaths, indicating that this demarcation is in the community transmission phase.
